1850-1870 Sacque and Petticoat - This sacque and petticoat is an "undress" garment. The petticoat is actually a skirt. The historical notes include excerpts from American diaries and sacque and petticoats featured in Godey's and Peterson's magazines. A life size swatch of the original fabric is printed on the back of the full color envelope. This skirt and sacque is easy to sew and cool and comfortable to wear.
